How Are The Chickens Fed?  Are The Eggs Organic? Corn/Soy Free?

Our hens have large coops and oversize covered runs with plenty of outdoor space to roam. They eat a balanced protein layer pellet with no soy, no added hormones or antibiotics - along with forage, veggies from the garden, scratch grain treats (contains corn) and mealworms that we raise here on our farm.   We are not a certified organic farm, and cannot label our products as organic.

When you order products with a glass jar deposit, your price automatically includes a $2 refundable deposit.  The deposit amount you pay will be refunded to you when you return the glass jar (and lid).   Farm Pickup Only - does not apply to products purchased at local stores.

What do the goats eat?

Our goats are pasture raised on large, weed and brush filled natural pastures which goats prefer.  No chemicals, weed killers, or fertilizers are used on any of our pastures.  All of our goats have 24/7 access to pasture, free choice loose minerals and grass hay.  Our milking goats also receive alfalfa hay and a high quality goat feed for energy, milk production, and balanced nutrition.
