Our Goat Milk Kefir is made from live active milk kefir grains grown in raw goat milk. Our Kefir is plain and unsweetened – nothing has been added and it has not been blended. You should expect your goat milk kefir to be tangy and it should have a consistency somewhere between milk and yogurt – this will vary depending on the length of fermentation. You can allow your kefir to continue fermenting in the refrigerator for a thicker, tangier kefir.
You must be on our customer list before purchasing raw goat milk products directly from the farm. If you haven’t purchased milk from us previously, click here to learn how to join our customer list.

Care and Handling
Care and Handling
Raw Goat Milk Kefir should be stored in the refrigerator in a sealed container to slow the fermentation process and to preserve quality. Kefir will last several weeks in the refrigerator; it will continue to ferment and become thicker and tangier. Remember to shake the container before using as it may separate during storage.
